Shipping Policy
Free shipping is now included on all orders shipping to the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and for orders over $200.00 to Canada and Puerto Rico. We ship via UPS and USPS priority mail for all U.S. orders. For most destinations abroad, APO addresses, and P.O boxes we use the U.S Postal Service via priority mail or air parcel post. Shipping to Canada for orders under $200 is $15.00.
Free Ground Shipping
We typically deliver domestic orders within 1-9 business days via our Free Ground Shipping. This is a general indicator and not a guaranteed service. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include major national holidays. Shipments are normally only delivered on business days. Stock items are shipped from our New York location. You can expect delivery to be longer or shorter depending on your proximity to our NY location. Please contact us if you would like a more exact shipping estimate.
Express Shoe Orders
Overnight and Express orders received after 11:00am Eastern time may not ship until the following business day. [Ex: An overnight order placed before 11:00 AM on a Friday would be delivered on the following Monday. Overnight orders placed on a Friday after 11:00 AM may not be delivered until the following Tuesday.] If items you ordered are in stock we may still be able to dispatch orders placed up until 4:30 PM est. Please call 1-800-913-7463 or email us if you have special needs or if you would just like to know exactly when your item can be delivered, as it can depend on the item.
Gauranteed delivery
If you need your shipping date guaranteed, you should choose an expedited shipping option. In stock items typically ship the same day if placed before 3:00 PM est. Special order items can take up to 72 hours and in extreme cases longer to ship. We are a stock and special order company which means we advertise some popular styles which are not stocked and we rely on our manufacturers to quickly supply items not in our own stock.
International Shipping
We ship quality footwear around the world. However, we do not accept credit cards based outside of the U.S, It's territories, or Canada. If you would like products shipped to you abroad, we also accept PayPal, money orders, and Western Union payments. International shipping is $28.00 for the first pair and $5.00 per additional pair per order. The shipment charges cover the freight to deliver the merchandise all the way to you, however, there may be other charges enacted by your local import authorities for buying the goods. Please do consult your local taxing authorities for exact prices. It generally ranges from 10-15%. Some countries do not charge anything and others charge more. We unfortunately are not able to quote these fees to you.
All prices are in U.S. dollars, and they do not include any duty or taxes charged by the country of delivery, including Canada.
